View the ground glass of a large format camera beneath this Red and Black focusing cloth. The single square of cotton has a Red face, a Black reverse and simple hemmed edges, giving you a dark side to place toward the viewing area. At approximately 1.2 metres square, or 47.24 inches square, it can be arranged over the camera while leaving room for access behind the ground glass. Drape the Black face inward, position the cloth around the viewing area and keep it clear of camera adjustments that need to move. Adjust its folds rather than pulling tightly across the equipment. Between sessions, open the cloth on a clean surface to clear loose dust, then fold it into a flat stack with the edges together for carrying or storage. One cloth is included; the camera, tripod, tables and other studio objects shown in the photographs are excluded. Keep the fabric away from sharp projections and hot equipment, and avoid dragging it across dusty surfaces. Allow it to dry fully before folding and store it with clean camera accessories so grit is not transferred to the viewing area.
