Destinations and charges
Standard shipping costs $5.99 per order to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. There is no free-shipping threshold. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, US territories or international destinations.
The order total, including any applicable sales tax, is shown before payment. Import duties are included under the selected shipping arrangement. Review your destination and total before authorizing payment.
Handling, transit and cutoff
Handling takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 3–6 business days. The total estimate is 4–8 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Our order cutoff is 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (America/New_York), Monday through Friday. Orders received after the cutoff enter the following business-day handling window. The cutoff does not guarantee same-day dispatch, and delivery estimates are not fixed appointment dates.
Dispatch and tracking
The dispatch location is the fulfillment location assigned by our supplier for your order. The Washington, DC business contact address is not described as a dispatch warehouse.
Track My Order provides access to the shipment information recorded for your order. A tracking number or label by itself does not mean a carrier has collected the parcel. Where items travel separately, use the tracking information for each shipment.
Changes, delays and a missing parcel
Check your address before payment. For a correction, email customer care with your order reference promptly. A change depends on the actual handling stage and must be confirmed.
If dispatch cannot occur within the promised time, we will explain the revised estimate and your option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund. For a stalled shipment, unexpected delivery scan or damaged parcel, contact us with the order reference and available photographs. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.
