Information you provide

A product enquiry may include your name, email address, order reference, equipment measurements and the message you choose to send. The contact form prepares an email draft in your own email app; it does not silently submit the form to a store server. You decide whether to send the draft.

An available checkout may request contact, delivery and payment information needed for the transaction. Payment entry is handled by the payment service shown at checkout. Do not send card numbers, account passwords or identity documents in an ordinary product enquiry.

Why information is used

Information is used to answer enquiries, identify and provide authorized access to orders, fulfill purchases, handle delivery issues or returns, prevent misuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. An email address supplied for support is not an automatic subscription to marketing.

Equipment details help answer a fit question. A photograph attached to a support email is used for that request; sending it does not grant permission to publish it as an advertisement or customer review.

Hosting and service providers

Cloudflare provides the website’s hosting, D1 order storage, delivery and security infrastructure. Serving a page involves technical request information, such as network and device information. A site without optional analytics still requires those technical requests.

Whop handles the physical-goods checkout and the payment information needed to process and confirm a transaction under its own privacy terms.

Shopify keeps the order record in our linked order-management hub. The record includes the items and quantities ordered, order reference, recipient name, delivery address and relevant contact details so the purchase can be prepared and supported.

Dianxiaomi uses order and delivery details through that hub to coordinate supplier orders, dispatch and shipment updates. Suppliers, fulfillment partners and carriers receive the information needed to prepare and deliver the relevant parcel or resolve a delivery issue. Tracking updates return to our order service for customer care. These services and partners may process information outside your location.

Archer Thompson uses Resend to deliver purchase confirmations, dispatch or tracking updates, and secure order-access links requested by the customer. Delivery requires the recipient email address, message text and relevant order information. Depending on the message, this includes item names, quantities, amounts, an order reference, shipment information or a private access link. Resend handles technical delivery records for sending and diagnosing email issues. Supplying an email for an order is not consent to promotional mail.

Browser storage and optional measurement

Browser storage keeps the bag you create on this device. Necessary order-access features can use secure cookies to help protect a private order record. Clearing or blocking necessary storage can remove the bag or interrupt access.

We do not run optional analytics or advertising measurement on this storefront. If separately configured optional measurement is offered, its browser notice and controls describe the choice. Do not treat an email enquiry or a purchase as blanket consent to advertising.

Retention and privacy requests

We keep information for support, security and applicable recordkeeping duties. There is no fixed universal deletion date for every type of record. Technical logs, unresolved support requests and transaction records can serve different purposes and be subject to different requirements.

Email customer care to request information about your data or exercise a right available under applicable law. We may need to establish that the request relates to your information before disclosing or changing it. We do not promise a specific statutory right applies to every visitor.

Clearing browser storage removes the selected local data. It does not delete an email you already sent, a transaction record or a service provider’s logs. Browser privacy signals are not represented here as a verified, universal opt-out mechanism.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be revised to reflect an operational change. The effective date identifies the current published version. Material changes affecting a use of information remain subject to the notice and permission requirements that apply.

Google Ads measurement and your choice

The Google Ads tag loads on public shopping pages with advertising storage, advertising user data and personalization denied by default. Before advertising consent, Google may receive measurements without advertising cookies, including technical network information and a sanitized public page URL. Advertising cookies and consented purchase measurement are enabled only after you allow Advertising in Manage cookies. Customer names, email addresses, delivery addresses, payment details and private order-access URLs are not sent by this tag. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control prevent advertising consent from being granted. You can withdraw your choice in Manage cookies.
